W hoever has been responsible for UI design here the past few years should be punched in the kidney for every button press it takes me before I can actually read every current comment on a post.

Alternatively... 

1. Get rid of the “staff” button.

2. Get rid of the “community” button.

3. Get rid of the “pending” button.

4. Get rid of the “show all” button.

5. Get rid of the “view all” button.

6. Get rid of the “view staff discussion button”.

Maybe instead of all that atrociously buggy mess, we could just have a nice, simple system where every comment is shown at all times, in chronological order with threaded replies.

Kinja is #1 except the cursor doesn't automatically advance to the next field after you fill one in.

The staff discussion is dubious at the best of times but so is the dark magic that goes into getting out of the grays on the FP.

I remember when Kinja had a “load all replies” button that actually did what it said. But nOoOo, so mebody had the bright idea to get rid of that option .
